After 2017 (Bruckner 5th) and 2018 (Bruckner 7th) on August 23, 2019 we were again invited to realize our third Bruckner VR concert film production in 3D 360° and to continue our Virtual Reality Bruckner cycle with the 2nd Symphony, recorded at the Basilica St. Florian (Upper Austria) during the Brucknertage festival.

Once more the production was made possible by the kind support of the Austrian company Hartlauer, on whose Web shop the cycle is made first available for on-demand download.

Another novelty was the more comprehensive first version of this symphony, which was restored to the composer’s original intention by the renowned Bruckner researcher William Carragan. Due to the outstanding qualities of the conductor Rémy Ballot and the Altomonte festival orchestra, this symphony created a unique and impressive aura which can now be made available to the VR community.
